JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 Prayer is for modification of the order dated 08.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53154 of 2016 whereby the petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Nokha Police Station Case No. 63 of 2016.

The petitioners could not furnish the bail bonds within time, hence, by order dated 13.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2952 of 2017 further four weeks time was allowed with condition that the petitioners shall deposit Rs.2,000/- (rupees two thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund. The petitioners have deposited the aforesaid amount through Receipt No. 837, dated 08.03.2017, however, have not surrendered and furnished the bail bond and prayer is for further modification of the said order. Hence, further four weeks time is allowed with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15494 of 2017 (2) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 condition that the petitioners shall deposit Rs.2,000/- (rupees two thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund.
