Perused the report of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dalginghsarai, Samastipur wherein it has been mentioned that the case is waiting for examination of the Investigating Officer.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is adjourned for the evidence of the Investigating Officer for the last more than one year but still he is not turning up to record his evidence before the court below.

In such view of the matter, the Court directs the Superintendent of Police, Samastipur to ensure the production of the Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks on the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53141 of 2018(3) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 next date fixed in the case pending before the court below, after receipt of this order.
