The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 504, 323 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The complaint petition, apparently, discloses a pure civil dispute of non-performance of agreement to sell. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid fact as well as the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be
