Petitioner seeks bail in Belsand P.S. Case No. 110/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant alleged that his daughter (deceased) was married with Rajeev Mishra in the year 2001 and the deceased has got three children. It is further alleged that prior to the occurrence, daughter of the informant had informed him that Anshu Giri and Prince Giri (petitioner) always tried to outrage her modesty and used to demand money from her. On 03.11.2017, another daughter of informant informed him that petitioner along with Anshu Giri set ablaze his daughter.

It has been submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He is friend of husband of the deceased.

Petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 110/2017, subject to the conditions:

(1.) Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.

(2.) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the court.

(3.) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the witnesses of the case, in that case, prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail of the petitioner.
