Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the name of petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Arun Yadav and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, co-accused Arun Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna, in connection with Barh P.S.Case No. 57 of 2015.
