Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(A) of Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act.

Submission is that no liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the statement of co-accused that is why the petitioner is accused in this case.

Considering the nature of allegation and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
