The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(a)(e) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

From the backside of the house of the petitioner country made liquor was, allegedly, recovered on 29.07.2016. Petitioner has stated on oath that she has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid allegation as well as the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9363 of 2017 (2) dt.10-03-2017 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai/Successor Court in connection with Case No. 121C-2 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
