13.07.2016 It has been submitted that the Complainant is not appearing in the Court below and, therefore, he finds it difficult to deposit the money.

Be that as it may, considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 15.05.2014 is, hereby, confirmed on the same terms in connection with Complaint Case No. C-2223 of 2009 (Tr. No. 3276 of 2012) pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, East Champaran at Motihari. In case the Complainant is not appearing in the Court below it shall dispense the Petitioner from depositing Rs. 750/- per month. For the reasons aforesaid, the bail bonds which have been cancelled by the Court below shall not be effected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15128 of 2014 (5) dt.13-07-2016 The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same positively within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party.
