The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Dharhara P.S. Case No. 190 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 30.12.2014. It is further submitted four cases were pending against the petitioner except this case. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Sulekha Jha, Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Munger, in connection with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20609 of 2015 (3) dt.31-07-2015 Dharhara P.S. Case no. 190 of 2014, subject to condition that petitioner will file Hazri in the nearest police station once in a fortnight for one year. Further condition that petitioner will not indulge in such activity in future and any such indulges reported in the court below then court below shall cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
