Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail. After hearing the parties and considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.C. No. 652 of 2011 arising out of Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 253 of 2006, subject to the condition that in the event of any subsequent default, the trial court shall be at liberty to conclude
