JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.
Two passbooks stand in the name of informant and one bag are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner but from perusal of the first information report, it is obvious that several other articles had been taken away by the culprits and admittedly, except the aforesaid material, nothing has been recovered either from the house or possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 10-02-2016 and, does not have any criminal antecedent.
Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27330 of 2016 (3) dt.22-07-2016 2/2 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S.
