Learned counsel for the appellant seeks withdrawal of instant memo of appeal in order to facilitate the appellant to surrender before the learned lower court and during course of consideration of regular bail, the learned lower court will consider the allegation in consonance with the counter case having drawn up at the end of wife of the appellant without being influenced by the instant order.
