The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Town P.S. Case No. 158/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that on the date of occurrence the petitioner had come with his motorcycle bearing registration no. BR 7K 9133 and enticed his minor daughter. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not studying in the said school in which victim was studying. The petitioner has no manner of concern with the victim but it appears that many persons saw the petitioner taking away the victim on the date of occurrence, who is still traceless. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to

The petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and pray for regular bail and his prayer shall be considered taking into account that the petitioner was also minor on the date of occurrence as per the certificate of CBSE.
