The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Khirhar P.S.Case No.56 of 2015 under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The police intercepted an auto rickshaw and arrested the driver of the vehicle from which different logs of wood were recovered. A person managed to flee away from the tempo. The auto rickshaw driver disclosed the name of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no article was recovered. Petitioner is not at all concerned with the said article. The driver of the auto rickshaw has already been granted bail Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned

No.29478 of 2016 (3) dt.05-09-2016 court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Benipatti, Madhubani in Khirhar P.S.Case No.56 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
