JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-11-2017 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 18.01.2017 passed in Complaint Case No. C425 of 2014 by the learned SDJM, Banka whereby the provisional pre-arrest bail granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 21.08.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 38488 of 2015 has been cancelled. 2.
It would be manifest from the impugned order dated 18.01.2017 that the Court below has passed the order in compliance
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18858 of 2017 dt.24-11-2017 2/2 to the direction given by this Court vide order dated 21.08.2015 in Cr. Misc. No.38488 of 2015. Being not aggrieved by the order dated 21.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.38488 of 2015, the petitioner cannot raise any grievance against the order passed by the learned Magistrate, who has cancelled provisional pre-arrest bail of the petitioner, in compliance with the order passed by this Court. 3.
In that view of the matter, I see no merit in this application. It is dismissed, accordingly.
