JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 341, 504, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. There is general and omnibus allegation of commission of theft.

Considering the general and omnibus allegation as well as the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
