The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case no. 64 of 2017, registered under Sections 366(A) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. I.O. in para-63 of the case diary has mentioned that the victim has performed marriage with some boy and is living in unknown destination and she is in contact with her parents on telephone. On the other, it is submitted by learned APP for the State that the petitioner along with Rakesh Kumar is said to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant on motorcycle forcibly before him and witnesses in the case diary have also corroborated the factum of kidnapping of the victim by the petitioner and others and the victim is still traceless. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
