2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 154 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 61(2) of the B.N.S. and Section 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have been involved in prostitution.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 08.05.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57810 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 154 of 2025 subject to condition that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Ballia Police Station on the every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
