The petitioner is accused in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 56 of 2016 registered under Sections 401 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that only five persons namely, Uday Kumar @ Uday Baskhor, Binod Baskhor, Raja Kumar, Chandan Yadav and Buta Kumar were apprehended by the police and they disclosed the name of this petitioner succeeding to flee away except that there is nothing against the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27871 of 2016 (2) dt.14-07-2016 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. -2, Gaya, in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 56 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
