The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 341, 504, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners that they committed assault and theft in the house of the informant. The petitioners have stated that they have got no criminal antecedent and for dispute between the parties the present case has been lodged.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date
