2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bihpur (Jhandapur OP) P.S. Case No. 241 of 2023 dated 19.04.2023, lodged under Sections 385, 387, 436, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the informant has alleged that the accused persons came in his house and started putting pressure to his daughter-in-law to prepare fish, upon refusal they abuses his daughter-in-law and started demanding Rs.70,000/- as ransom. With this allegation, the F.I.R. has been filed.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant is the maternal grandfather of the petitioner no.1. He further submits that under unfortunate circumstances, this case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58498 of 2023(2) dt.13-09-2023 2/2 has been filed by the maternal grandfather against his maternal grandson (Nana against Nati). He also submits that at subsequent stage, a compromise petition has been filed which is annexed as Annexure-2 to the present application that dispute has been settled. Learned counsel submits that the antecedent of petitioners are clean and in future no such occurrence shall be repeated.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. In the present facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachhiya, District Bhagalpur, in connection with Bihpur (Jhandapur OP) P. S. Case No.241 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Ritik/- U T
