The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tarapur P.S.Case No. 110 of 2018 registered under Sections 8 and 20(b) (ii)(B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

It is submitted that 4.5 Kg. Ganja has been recovered from the shop of this petitioner.

It is alleged in the written report that on receiving secret information that this petitioner is indulging in the sale and purchase of Ganja in his shop, the police conducted raid and recovered 1Kg 300 Grams Ganja from Kirana shop and 3 1⁄2 Kg Ganja from house of the petitioner. The seizure list bears signature of petitioner.

He is given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months before the court below, if no substantial progress is made in the trial, which shall be considered and disposed of by court below in accordance with law on same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
