1. The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 25.07.2024, passed in CWJC No.9030 of 2024, to the extent that the depiction made in prayer portion of the respondent no.10 be directed to be read as respondent no.11.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of inadvertence, the respondent no.11 was depicted as respondent no.10 in the writ petition itself, hence it is prayed

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct that the respondent no.10 shall be deemed to be read as respondent no.11, as far as the order dated 25.07.2024 is concerned.

4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 25.07.2024, passed in CWJC No.9030 of 2024.
