Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that victim supported the prosecution case in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and furthermore, the victim was minor at the time of alleged occurrence, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Pupri P.S.
