The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, these petitioners attacked police party as a result of which several police personnel suffered injuries.

In the F.I.R., there is specific accusation that petitioner no. 1 and co-accused Ajay Kumar caught hold of the informant and petitioners. no. 2 & 3 caught hold of other police officials and thereafter, they assaulted them with danda and fattas, due to which police officials suffered severe injures.
