JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It is alleged that the informant's daughter developed illicit relation with the petitioner and, thereafter, she committed theft of cash and ornaments from the house of the informant and handed over the same to the petitioner but subsequently, when she demanded cash and ornaments, petitioner and other F.I.R named accused assaulted and also administered poison to her as a result thereof she died.

The impugned order reveals that the doctor could not opine the cause of death of the deceased and viscera was kept preserved for chemical examination. It appears that no external injury was found on the person of the deceased.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21521 of 2015 (2) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Jainagar P.S.Case No.114 of 2014.
