The petitioner seeks bail in Bhimpur P.S. Case No. 49 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, three miscreants riding on a motorcycle snatched motorcycle and mobile phone of the informant on the point of pistol.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused. No looted article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and till date, he has not been put on T.I.Parade. Petitioner has been remanded in this case on 29.06.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
