2. This writ petition has been filed by the wife of late Bijendra Kumar Singh, who died-in-harness on 12.07.2020 while working as Clerk in Mahavir Ranipatti High School, Tikuliya, Vishanpur, Sundar, District-Madhepura claiming the arrears of payment of the petitioner's husband from April, 2007.

3. Since this writ petition has been filed after five

Patna High Court CWJC No.13972 of 2025(2) dt.02-09-2025 2/2 years of death of the petitioner's husband claiming arrears of salary as far back as from 2007, I am of the view that the writ petition suffers from inordinate delay in filing the same by the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed on the ground of delay in filing the same.
