JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 13-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The writ petition involves factual enquiry and as such no specific direction can be given, however, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to file exhaustive representation before the Registrar of the University. The petitioner shall be at liberty to enclose relevant documents along with copy of the order dt.16.03.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No.6132 of 2011. If such exhaustive representation is filed by the petitioner,

Patna High Court CWJC No.23440 of 2012 (4) dt.13-08-2018 2/2 the University is directed to pass appropriate order in the light of the order passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.6132 of 2011 and if it is found that the petitioner's case is covered by the aforesaid order, similar treatment may be extended to this petitioner. It is stated at Bar that the respondents have already complied the order passed in C.W.J.C. No.6132 of 2011, if that is so, the respondents have to extend similar benefit to the petitioner within a maximum period of four moths from the date of receipt of a production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
