The Petitioners apprehends their arrest in Kadwa P.S. Case No. 90 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 353, 337, 323, 427, 435, 153(A), 506, 504, 283 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been alleged in the FIR that these petitioners along with mob of 400 to 500 peoples blocked vehicular traffic protesting against the killing of one Naresh Kewat at Raniganj and when the police came to pacify the rage, they damaged the police vehicle. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 19.10.2016 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 42571 of 2016 and 22.10.2016 in Criminal Miscellaneous No.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22323 of 2017 (2) dt.30-05-2017 2/2 41308 of 2016.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and in order to maintain parity, let the petitioners named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., IV, Katihar in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No. 90 of 2016; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (S. Kumar, J) Ranjan/- U
