This application has been filed under Section 439(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code for cancellation of the bail bonds of opposite parties 2 and 3 furnished in the light of the order, dated 14.05.2019, passed in A.B.P. No. 3078 of 2019 in connection with Complaint Case No. 4356(C) of 2013 registered under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code, by the Court of the learned Sessions Judge, Patna.

I find no reason to cancel the bail bonds of opposite parties 2 and 3 furnished in the light of the order, dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57693 of 2019(2) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 14.05.2019, passed in A.B.P. No. 3078 of 2019 in connection with Complaint Case No. 4356(C) of 2013 by the learned Sessions Judge, Patna.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
