The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Hiramma P.S. Case No.49 of 2021 registered under Sections 30(a), 30(c), 30(d) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner rather the alleged recovery has been made from the house of co-accused Suresh Sah. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a

Case No.49 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
