The petitioner seeks bail in Ara Nagar P. S. Case No. 238 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 365 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has voluntarily surrendered on 22.6.2018 and since then he is in custody.

In the written report, it is alleged that minor daughter of the informant, namely Sakshi Kumari has become traceless since the night of 30.4.2018. It is further alleged that she was seen in the night with this petitioner and Vishal Kumar. Informant has raised suspicion that they have kidnapped his daughter.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58594 of 2018(3) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 Case diary has been received.

Learned counsel for the State after looking into the case diary has submitted that mere suspicion has been raised by the witness against this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional and Sessions Judge -III, Bhojpur, in connection with Ara Nagar P. S. Case No. 238 of 2018, G.R. No. 1791 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
