The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 304(B) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband. The grand-maternal mother of the deceased made allegation that due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry of Rs. 1500/-, her grand daughter was subjected to torture by her husband (the petitioner) and other inlaws. It is submitted that the petitioner informed the mother, father and brother of the deceased that Minta Kumari died due to illness but the mother, father and brother of the deceased did not come forward to lodge the case. The grand-maternal mother of the deceased lodged the case making omnibus and general allegation of demand of dowry and torture.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the

No.21544 of 2015 (3) dt.07-09-2015 2/2 petitioner is in jail since 16.06.2014, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Ara in Narayanpur (Bhojpur) P.S. Case No. 33/14, corresponding to S.T. No. 261/14.
