JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-08-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though all the retirement benefits have stood paid but the Pension Payment Order has not been received by the Treasury officer, Madhubani though the P.P.O. has already been issued. In such view of the matter, it is directed that the respondents should ensure that the P.P.O. is received by the said Treasury Officer within two days and the entire amount of
Patna High Court CWJC No.7065 of 2014(7) dt.20-08-2019 2/2 pension including arrears are paid up to 26.08.2019, failing which the Treasury Officer, Madhubani and the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna shall not draw their salaries. The other grievance left to be redressed, according to the petitioner, is that though M.A.C.P. has been granted by an order dated 16.03.2018 but the actual monetary benefit thereof, has not been granted.
The respondents are directed to extend the said benefit by making actual payment of the same within two weeks from today, failing which the Principal Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, Patna shall not draw his salary.
The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
