The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 99 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3(x) of the SC/ST Act.
The informant alleged that the petitioner abused and assaulted her and caused injury on her left hand on the allegation of theft of fruits.
It is submitted that the informant got injury on her forehead. The injury appears to be manufactured and it is not found in consonance with the allegation made by the informant in her fardbeyan. The occurrence is said to have taken place on 01.09.2014.

No.21204 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Bariarpur P.S.
