The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act and different Sections of the U.A. (P.A.) Act.

The informant while along with police officials was on patrolling, he heard sound of explosion and identified the petitioner and other accused persons. The police has not stated anywhere about the source of identification and he is acquainted with the petitioner before the occurrence.

Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Shankar Prasad and Lalit Mahto have already been enlarged on bail in Cr. Misc. Nos.15763/2015 and 12044/2015 respectively.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20922 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No.34 of 2014.
