In fourth line of page 2 of the order, police station case number has wrongly been mentioned as Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 12 of 2007 in place of Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017. The mistake is a typographical one.

Let the police station case number be read as Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 in place of Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 12 of 2007 and further four weeks time is allowed to the petitioner to furnish the bail bond.

The order, dated 09.03.2017, is modified to the extent indicated above.
