One country made pistol of 7.65 mm containing five live cartridges is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when petitioner and others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.12.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection
