====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ----------- 03-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State as also the learned counsel for the opposite party no.2.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.854 of 2016 registered under Sections 498(A), 323, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order dated 15.03.2017 passed in this case by this Court, the petitioner went to his sasural and took his wife (opposite party

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6353 of 2017 (3) dt.03-04-2017 2/2 no.2) on 29.03.2017 and, now, both (the petitioner and the opposite party no.2) are residing together happily. The petitioner and the opposite party no.2 are physically present in this Court and the opposite party no.2 has no objection in allowing the anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Complaint Case No.854 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
