The petitioner seeks bail in Raushanganj (Bankey Bazar) P.S. Case No. 95/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 30(a) and (d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. In the seizure-list, it is mentioned that alleged illicit Mahua liquor has been recovered from nursery of Umesh Paswan.

The petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2018. He has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56685 of 2018 (3) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Raushanganj (Bankey Bazar) P.S.
