ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was refused anticipatory bail by the order dated 2.11.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 46942 of 2015.

Since the second application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable, the application stands rejected with a direction to the Petitioner to surrender before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order, in connection with Dinara P.S.
