The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tarabari P.S. Case No. 26 of 2014 registered under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of J.M. Ist Class, Araria.
The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner has already been rejected on merit vide order dated 09.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18338 of 2015 by this Court, with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the trial court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court. No any fresh ground has been raised in the present petition to reconsider the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5103 of 2017 (2) dt.08-02-2017 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
