JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in a case under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of dowry death and petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the F.I.R., there is no demand of dowry against the petitioner and in the case diary also there is no external injury found on the person of the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2018. Heard learned APP appearing for the State.
