The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amjhore P.S. Case No.64 of 2016 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 47(A) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

The accusation is that in course of raid by the police, the petitioner was apprehended at the bank of Sone River from where 25 liters country made liquor alongwith apparatus for preparing the country made liquor was recovered.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27850 of 2016 (2) dt.15-07-2016 2/2 on mere suspicion and the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 02.04.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Amjhore P.S. Case No.64 of 2016.
