The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was employee in Sonata Finance Pvt. Ltd. Company. Allegation is that on 27.06.2018 the petitioner fled away along with a bag containing Rs.1,85,000/- and odd which was collected from different customers.

Submission is that false police case has been lodged as due wages of the petitioner was not being given by the informant and for that hot exchange of words was there. Considering the facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the

No.54561 of 2018(6) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Hisua Police Station Case No.188 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
