JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 27.03.2015 and it would appear from perusal of the materials available on the record that free fight took place between the parties and persons from both the sides sustained injuries. No doubt, the prosecution side of the present case sustained grievous injuries but it appears that petitioner and his family members sustained injury said to be caused by sharp cutting object.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
