The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxar (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 64 of 2016, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 506 and 498/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the court of the S.D.J.M., Buxar.
Learned counsel for the O.P.No.2, in presence of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that on the joint prayer of the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna for settlement of dispute between the petitioner and O.P. No.2, who are husband
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13522 of 2017 (4) dt.09-10-2017 2/2 and wife, but petitioner did not turn up before the Mediation Centre due to that reason, the mediation could not be succeeded. In fact, petitioner does not want to keep O.P. No.2. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
