JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
From the shop of the petitioner, 320 bottles of duplicate Dabour oil and 190 pieces of stickers were recovered. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that admittedly the petitioner was not present at the shop and there is nothing on record to show that the petitioner is involved in manufacturing duplicate Dabour oil. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21784 of 2015 (2) dt.20-05-2015 2/2 of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case No. 105 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Katihar.
This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
