This application under Section 482 Cr. P.C. has been filed for quashing the First Information Report vide Mahila P.S. case no. 18 of 2013 instituted under Sections 365, 366A, 376, 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23807 of 2015(3) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 police after completion of investigation has already submitted the charge sheet in this case. Therefore, this petition has become infructuous.
